I've worked in broadcast media for eight years, currently serving as the assistant program director for WNYC and the production manager for WNYC Studios. In those positions, I help oversee the creation and delivery of audio across our terrestrial and digital platforms, reaching over 20 million people a month.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Urban Studies, and I also have a M.A. in Media Studies and a certificate in Media Management from The New School. I co-taught two courses while there: "Maps As Media" and "Radio Experiments".
I'm interested in project and production management, content creation and programming, maximizing efficiency, and staying on the forefront of changing technologies. But most importantly, I'm all about assembling strong teams built on listening, understanding, flexibility and cutting-edge implementation.
